The data collected is used strictly to manage your participation in laboratory projects, optimize our innovation services, maintain administrative communication, and ensure the platform’s technical quality. We explicitly emphasize that MrBee does not sell or trade your personal data with third parties under any circumstances, using it solely for operational purposes.

Our platform allows integrations with social networks to facilitate collaboration. By enabling them, you authorize the exchange of specific data configured in your privacy preferences on those networks, allowing seamless interaction within the dynamic ecosystem of our innovation hives and comprehensive technical services.
How we protect your information
5) Providers and Sharing
Information sharing is extremely limited. We only provide essential data to trusted technology providers needed to deliver the service (hosting, technical support), who are contractually required to maintain confidentiality. MrBee guarantees that no data will be shared for advertising purposes unrelated to our professional innovation activities.

We implement rigorous retention and security protocols to safeguard your digital integrity. Information is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purposes and is protected by encryption and restricted access controls to prevent any loss, theft, or unauthorized alteration within our laboratory.

You have the full right to access, rectify, and delete your personal information. At any time, you may request a copy of your data or ask for it to be permanently deleted from our systems. YouTube Integration — MrBee Video Factory
MrBee Video Factory is a local internal tool that uses YouTube API Services. OAuth requests youtube.upload and youtube.readonly. It processes tokens, channel ID/name, and the file/metadata selected for uploading videos to MrBee’s own channel. It does not store Google passwords or sell data. Germán Coll is responsible; contact: hola@mrbee.one. Credentials are retained while the integration is active. The operator can remove the local authorization with youtube:disconnect -- --delete-local-data and review reports and copies. Deletion requested by the user or triggered by a known revocation is carried out as soon as possible and within seven calendar days, under the supervision of the person responsible. Google revocation: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions . Deleting local data does not delete videos on YouTube. Google Privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy . YouTube Terms: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms . The local configuration does not include automatic encryption; it is protected by the computer’s access controls. Files and metadata from authorized uploads are transmitted to Google/YouTube. Requests for access, correction, or deletion are received at hola@mrbee.one.
